A lthough ultrasounds seemed to confirm there was no way Michael could be the father of Sabrina’s baby back in December, mistakes do happen. After all, as many moms know, ultrasounds can be way off on estimating actual birth weights. And yes, that can even be true on soaps like “General Hospital”–as long as the writers deem it so.
Soap Hub asked if you think GH might change direction and also change the identity of Sabrina’s baby’s father. It turns out, you had a lot to say on the matter.
Out of nearly 7,000 votes, 71% of you indeed think Michael (Chad Duell) will be celebrating Father’s Day after all this year. You remember that look on Carlos’ face when the baby was first born. Perhaps it was a look of shock because the baby was much smaller than either expected. Even if the baby was a good size, you still want the writers to make a miracle happen and give the little one to Michael.

A smaller 21% think Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is indeed the dad. After all, before Julian (William deVry) stabbed him, all he cared about was disappearing so he could live a quiet life with Sabrina and his son. He certainly seemed like a man who was sure he had a child of his own, never suspecting any type of paternity bombshell.
The final 8% don’t even care. You want Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) and Michael to be together and happy no matter who biologically fathered that baby. After all they’ve been through, a little case of DNA shouldn’t keep them apart.
