Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may have sworn off Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) romantically, but she is desperate to find her mother, and she knows Jason is the man for the job. Trying to pin down Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) whereabouts will be easier said than done. The search starts out grim when they learn troubling news. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is holding Liesl hostage.
This development leads them to hop on a jet with a direct flight to Greece to take down the villain. Could spending extra time together soften Britt’s heart to Jason once again? Britt swore up and down she was done with him, but if Jason helps her find her mother, could Britt also find herself having a change of heart?
A lonely Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) receives a visit from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in jail while he awaits his arraignment date. Will Sonny leave the troubled teen with some sage advice? Spencer needs all the help he can get, as he will soon learn if the punishment he receives fits the crime he committed. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) show up to support Spencer at his court date. Joss, Cam, and Spencer are optimistic about his release, but realize the true outcome could be a lengthy jail sentence.
A rift was created between Jason and Sonny when the best friends talked about the Jarly wedding night. Jason had no choice but to admit he meant his vows and was falling for Carly. He also promised it was over. Sonny was back and that’s what mattered most.
Ava Cassadine (Maura West) showed Spencer who’s boss by having him arrested. The young man was taken to the station to face the consequences of his actions. He was smug at first but the truth hit him when he realized he was actually facing charges.
Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) paid Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) a visit to warn her about the direction his investigation was taking. It was looking a lot like Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was involved. Alexis barely hesitated to throw Nik under the bus and give Shawn her blessing to get to the truth.
