Breaking General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 11 promise a day of misunderstandings, apologies, and surprising confessions.
Could Julian (William deVry) be dreaming when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) comes to him in jail and tells him she still wants to be his wife? That certainly doesn’t sound like the Alexis we’ve seen of late and jail can give a person an active fantasy life when they have nothing better to do. However, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Alexis does indeed ask Julian for help. The question remains–what does she need help with?
Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) manage to run into one another and Liz wonders why Sam is headed back to the hospital. Will Sam fess up that she’s pregnant and let Liz on the malaria information? These two have quite the sordid history and seem to be the last one the other would choose to confide in.

Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) is still trying to figure out her own love life and has to deal with the fallout from the one-night stand with Parker. Aaron still seems interested, but the poor guy doesn’t know what to make of things. Kristina does offer him an apology, but she’s as confused as Aaron as to where they go from here. Do they stay friends or become something more once again?
Lucy (Lynn Herring) ran straight to the hospital after learning what happened with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), but she doesn’t expect to find Laura by his bedside. However, Laura (Genie Francis) is equally surprised to overhear a conversation between Kevin and Lucy. She soon finds an unexpected ally in Ava (Maura West), as they both mourn Nikolas’s supposed death.
