General Hospital Spoilers
The General Hospital spoilers for November 18-22 reveal a medical diagnosis, some harsh realities for the Corinthos family, cracks forming in Anna and Finn’s relationship, and a whole host of exciting moments.
Following a brainstorm courtesy of TJ (Tajh Bellow), Finn (Michael Easton) discovers the cause of Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) illness — ingestion of thallium AKA rat poison!
Alexis is at an utter loss as to how she could consume enough of the toxic substance to make her ill and yet not realize that she was indeed taking it. And she’s even more shocked when Finn suggests that someone was deliberately introducing the poison into either her food or water.
Try as she might, Alexis just can’t come up with a viable suspect though Neil (Joe Flanigan) will begin to grow suspicious of Kendra (Michelle Argyris) — the overly friendly fitness instructor — when he has a chat with her about Alexis and her condition. But will the good doctor be able to figure out Kendra is indeed the guilty party?
Spoilers reveal that Sonny (Maurice Benard) and company will be forced to come to terms with a family matter and that apparently involves Mike (Max Gail), whom Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) has an update on and who Carly (Laura Wright) notices a difference in.
Next week, Finn makes it crystal clear that he is committed to being a part of Violet’s life, which is bad news for Anna (Finola Hughes) who doesn’t trust Hayden (Rebecca Budig) one bit.

In other Port Charles news, surprise visits are all the rage as Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) welcome a familiar face and Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Laura (Genie Francis) are greeted by a certain someone.
Meanwhile, there’s going to be a lot of suspicious folks in town, including Ned (Wally Kurth) and Sonny, who both sense that something isn’t quite right. Speaking of Ned, he and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) reach out to Michael (Chad Duell) and ask for his support.
Finally, spoilers say that Finn gets a talking to from Chase (Josh Swickard), Jason turns to Spinelli for help, Franco (Roger Howarth) pays Monica (Leslie Charleson) a visit, and Jax confronts Nina (Cynthia Watros). She later returns to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
