General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 20 reveal another day of danger, suspense, and intrigue both in and out of Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this heart-stopping episode.
Branded For Life?
Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsworth) attitude last week has Sam (Kelly Monaco) more concerned than ever and she lets Jason (Steve Burton) know it.
She tells him the situation is getting worse and she has to up her game to figure out what’s really going on.
As for Kristina, she tells Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) she’s ready to take the next step. Who wants to bet the next step is getting branded with that tattoo Daisy, Harmony, and Willow have?
Maybe she’ll even have to take a new name that relates to nature. Whatever she does, she’s ready to prove her commitment to this man and his cult.
Willow’s Story
Meanwhile, poor Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) seems to still be experiencing some PTSD from the time we assume she was in Dawn of Day.
When Chase (Josh Swickard) suggests they go away for the weekend together, she completely panics and freaks.
She’s determined to live her life again but all that happened and likely resulted in a baby can get to be too much.

At the hospital, Alex continues playing head games with Anna (Finola Hughes), who is just not there for it. She knows her sister wants her sight back but isn’t willing to help unless she finally reveals whose memories were whose.
It looks like we have done that for two days already now, so Alex is clearly one stubborn woman.
The Great Escape
Over in Turkey, it turns out Robert (Tristan Rogers) is still there and ready to help Sonny (Maurice Benard).
Amazingly, back home, Carly (Laura Wright) is finally starting to worry about what the heck is going on with her husband.
It’s a good thing Robert, Sonny, and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) look like they have a plan, but will it work?
