In addition to Jason supporting Josslyn, General Hospital spoilers for Monday, December 16, focus on Elizabeth weighing her options while Carly is determined.
It’s starting to look like patients check into GH, and they don’t check out. First, Sam (Kelly Monaco) made it through her surgery healthy and happy. She died. Dex (Evan Hofer) was all smiley and bright with Joss (Eden McCoy) and Anna (Finola Hughes). And now he’s gone. Are we to assume this is Cyrus (Jeff Kober) as well? Probably, considering the man was eyeing Dex before the stabbing.
And now Joss enters yet another grieving period. While Carly (Laura Wright) focuses her attention on Michael (Chad Duell), it’s Jason (Steve Burton) who supports Josslyn. She knows her rookie cop boyfriend should have walked out of that hospital. But now he’s in the morgue. Hopefully, the PCPD will take this seriously now.

Elizabeth weighs her options. We’re not sure if the digitalis killer intended this, but Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was the last nurse to treat Sam, and she was in the thick of things trying to save Dex. If you watched the Next On promo at the end of the Friday the 13 episode, Portia (Brook Kerr) tells someone, “You’ll need to take a step back from patient care.” That has to be Elizabeth, right? What will the head nurse do?
Meanwhile, Anna, Mac (John J. York), and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) put their heads together. Hopefully, they all conclude that a serial killer is in the midst, and the GH patients need to be protected immediately. What will be their first steps to stop this menacing maniac, aka Cyrus Renault?

At the end of Friday’s episode, Carly stood in the way of Wilow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) taking to Nina’s before Michael (Chad Duell) could do anything. Teasers suggest Carly is determined. As a result, Carly will undoubtedly thrive on preventing Willow and Nina from making a quick getaway.
