It’s pretty clear Paul’s daughter Susan is his motivation for all that crazy killing on General Hospital, but of course, we don’t know what happened to Susan to turn him into a serial murderer.
Two weeks ago, we heard him leave a message for someone’s birthday, and again, we assumed that someone was Susan. Now, it seems we will finally get a glimpse of Susan but not much more.

According to Soaps In Depth, Alina Patra makes her debut as Susan, but she doesn’t say anything at all. Is Susan still suffering from all Sloane did to her? We know Sloane’s abuse of Susan is what led Paul (Richard Burgi) to kill the former police commissioner, but he hasn’t updated anyone on her condition in a while.
This is the first time GH viewers will see Susan since the 1990s when she was a little girl. Paul seems to live for his daughter, but is love for his daughter that takes this many lives really an excuse for all he’s done? He’s now killed a beloved character we all cared about, so we’re still waiting for all of this to make sense. So far, avenging a wrong done to a child doesn’t cut it, so could there be more?
