Little Violet Finn doesn’t exactly have a lot to celebrate on General Hospital, considering the facts that her mother is still MIA, her father and potential stepmother/aunt seem to be on a time-out, and her beloved Uncle Chase seems preoccupied with mixed feelings about Brook Lynn Quartermaine…but the exact opposite is true for little acting dynamo Jophielle Love.
And that’s because she was born on May 20, 2014, in France, which means that this adorable moppet is turning 9 years old today! Love has been acting since the age of 3; a Citibank commercial co-starring her father, Jade Kindar-Martin, a Guinness world record-holding high-wire walker, and one of her two jobbing brothers, Raphael Luce and Gabriel Sky, served as her first credit.
Since that time, the adorable bundle of talent has appeared in an episode of Grey’s Anatomy (as Clervie Martin), and two short films – Rose (as the title character) and Ping Pong Fun (as Ping Pong Racket).
Love has been recurring on General Hospital, in the role of Violet Finn – daughter of Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) – since October 23, 2019.
When she isn’t melting hearts in front of a camera, Love splits her time between Mas Pinet, an artist retreat in the south of France, and Los Angeles, where she and her family – including stuntwoman mother Karine Mauffrey – live in a bus which they use to criss-cross the country.
The pint-sized star has added singing, guitar work, and songwriting to her repertoire now, often posting on social media her incredible songs, showing the progress she’s making as she charms everyone with her ever-growing talent!
