We know that people have been dropping like flies at General Hospital. All eyes have been on Franco, especially since he has that serial-killing past Sure, a brain tumor was to blame…or was it? Or, is the culprit someone completely different and flying under the radar of the Port Charles Police Department?
Mr. Obvious
When listing suspects, you have to at least consider Franco (Roger Howarth). He was a serial killer in the past, after all. He’s also been acting awfully weird and mysterious lately. Of course, that could just be who he is. If we were to lay odds though, he would be at the bottom of the suspect list. He’s too obvious, and we just don’t see the writers going that direction.
The Good Doctor
What about Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen)? People who seem too good to be true often are. Sure, he’s a wildly popular “former” priest with those brooding eyes and gentle bedside manner. But, he also seems like a tortured soul. Could that cause him to act out in a way completely opposite to how we think we see him? Perhaps, but the odds makers would put him pretty low on the list too.

Gossip Girl
Ever notice that Nurse Amy (Risa Dorken) always seems to be in the thick of things? She certainly has opportunity, even though her motivation is unknown. She can be so annoying we’re surprised she wasn’t one of the first ones killed. Perhaps she was spared because she’s the actual killer. She’s the odds-on favorite at the moment. Who do you think it is?
