The General Hospital recap for Friday, March 22 features Griffin’s ultimate fall from grace as he hits rock bottom.
No, it wasn’t Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) who decked Kevin out of nowhere on the pier. It was a very angry Griffin (Matt Cohen), who’d pretty much had it with everything at that point.
He seemed pretty intent on killing Kevin, but then Ava (Maura West) came along and stopped him.
She was shocked when Griffin said he knew this wasn’t Ryan, but that Kevin had known Ryan was alive since last year. She still told him Kiki wouldn’t want him to have blood on his hands.
Since he literally did have blood on his hands, he meandered back to the hospital where Lucas (Ryan Carnes) treated him and Griffin lamented life and all that’s happened to him since he arrived in Port Charles.
That was it for Griffin. He was done. He resigned from the hospital, told a shocked Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) goodbye, and left. Um, see ya, Griffin.
Back at the pier, Ava and Kevin chat and she told him she knows what it’s like to think you did the wrong thing for the right reasons and then have people die because of it. Then, Kevin was arrested because the cops mistook him as Ryan.

At the PCPD, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) arrested Kevin because Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) wanted to prosecute him as an accessory to murder.
Poor Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was shocked and frightened when Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) showed up and claimed her as his. She threatened to call the police on him when the police really did arrive in the form of Chase (Josh Swickard).
Willow and Chase pretended he was a concerned parent, so Shiloh left and Chase begged Willow to tell him what was really going on.
Lulu (Emme Rylan) couldn’t believe her eyes when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) walked through the door. The two made love and then the audience was treated the a shot of scars on Dante’s back Lulu apparently didn’t notice.
Carly was shocked when she heard Sonny was in the hospital and had been shot. The pair filled each other in on what had been going on when he was away. But, Jason (Steve Burton) basically told him to forget about Ryan for now as Shiloh is their new problem.
Sam continued her undercover ruse at Kelly’s where she ran into both Brad (Parry Shen), Wiley, and Shiloh. Wiley spit up on her jacket and Shiloh offered to watch Danny (TK Weaver) when she went to the restroom to clean herself up.
Sam was very hesitant but relented. Jason then spied Shiloh talking to Danny and looked like he was about to go into enraged Incredible Hulk mode. Watch out, Shiloh!
