Are You Excited to See Trent Dawson on General Hospital?

Last week we brought you news of an exciting addition to the “General Hospital” canvas. Trent Dawson will soon make an appearance in Port Charles, mixing it up with all your current fave characters!

GH cast Dawson to play an enigmatic Briton named Huxley with dubious intentions. With a fancy first name like that, he could be arriving to further stress out poor Hayden (Rebecca Budig), whose husband seems missing, but whose mother soon arrives.

Huxley may also stir things up fellow Englishwoman, Finola Hughes (Anna Devane). He could be another connection to her late love, Scotsman Duke Lavery (ex-Ian Buchanan). In that case, he could also be connected to Griffin (Matt Cohen), Duke’s son.

Then comes the third option: Huxley has no connection to anyone or any story now on our GH radar. He could be adding his very own heat to an already spicy dish!

Dawson’s previous soap credits include the role of Henry Coleman on classic daytime serial “As the World Turns.” This actor will require no soap learning curve–not that work on soaps really offers one, given how fast things move on set!

Finally, 21 percent of responding readers indicated they have ambiguous feelings about Dawson’s arrival. More specifically, you just don’t care! More pressing matters occupy the “General Hospital” part of you brain!
