Days of our Lives fans aren’t shy about expressing their opinions when it comes to the happenings in Salem. Whether it’s love, love triangles, or a walk with the Devil himself, there’s a ton happening at the moment.
Here’s what over 2,000 viewers told us when we wanted to know which storyline was exciting you the most. And which you could live without.
Legal drama isn’t much fun, unless Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) are involved. Who killed who, who robbed who, who blackmailed a judge – and who is going to pay for it… those are all questions you need answers to, according to a winning 30% of the audience.
Only a tiny bit less, at 29% are the audience members who are on the edge of their seats, waiting for Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) big secret to come spilling out. Once Salem learns that she is Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) biological mother, this will not only affect her relationship with her “niece,” but with Paulina’s fiance, Abe Carver (James Reynolds), who currently believes Lani is his daughter – and is about to marry Paulina in November.
And there are the 16% who can’t commit to any ONE story. You’re just fans of all the various triangles and quads populating the city. Phillip/Chloe/Brady, Ava/Rafe/Nicole… and EJ? Bring them all on, the messier the better!
Only 14% care whether or not Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will get to keep her company, or whether Phillip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will put her boyfriend in jail. Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) is a big boy. He shouldn’t hide behind a woman. Especially when he is actually guilty.
It may have been a hot story a quarter of a century ago but, at the moment, less than 8% of fans are excited for the devil’s second visit to Salem. Leave our Marlena (Deidre Hall) alone!
