For the week of February 19 – February 23 on Days of our Lives, spoilers tease characters supporting and confronting each other, and so much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!
In the wake of the devastating fire, Doug (the late Bill Hayes), Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes), and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) spend time at the burned down Horton house. Leave it up to Roman (Josh Taylor), Kate (Lauren Koslow), John (Drake Hogestyn), and Marlena (Deidre Hall) to lend their support. What’s more, they’re able to reminisce about this legendary home that was the center of the Salem universe for decades.
Later, Marlena focuses her considerable empathic and listening skills on Brady (Eric Martsolf). He has two high-maintenance exes. Plus, he has a son that’s currently staying in a juvenile rehab facility, and no love life to speak of. Thankfully, he opens up to Marlena presumably about his concerns, worries, and the hot mess that is his life.
With Jada (Elia Cantu) knowing that Everett (Blake Berris) is her cheating ex, Bobby, it’s up to Steve (Stephen Nichols) to prove it to Stephanie (Abigail Klein). No doubt Stephanie’s going to have a hard time coming to terms with this bombshell of a reveal. Will Steve get his daughter to believe Everett’s a liar and a cheater? Let’s hope so!
Also, look for Steve to be on the business end of Konstantin’s (John Kapelos) demands. Yes, The Pawn story is touched on this week with the Greek conman wanting answers from Steve. And he wants the answers now!
At the hospital, Paulina (Jackée Harry) recovers from her thyroid cancer surgery. No word on whether this recovery will be rough and tough or smooth as silk. So it’s a good thing she has Abe (James Reynolds) as well as the newlyweds Chanel (Raven Bowens), and Johnny (Carson Boatman) as her support group. Unfortunately for Paulina, her mayoral duties will have to wait.
The stakes in the Salem drug epidemic get a little higher when Wendy (Victoria Grace) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) are kidnapped. Apparently, gunning people down and setting houses on fire aren’t enough for Clyde’s (James Read) mystery men brigade.
Finally, Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) vents to Melinda about Eric (Greg Vaughan). She unloads all these complaints on her friend/co-conspirator, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang). Yes, you read that right. Sloan. Complains. About. Eric. What does she have to say about him? That he’s TOO good a father to Jude? That his taste in jewelry leaves something to be desired? That he no longer spends enough time pleasing her every whim?
