DAYS Spoilers Speculation: EJ and Nicole Are Finally Endgame

Once upon a time, DAYS spoilers were filled with Nicole Walker being so obsessed with holding onto EJ DiMera that she stole his baby with Sami Brady, and passed little Sydney off as hers and EJ’s. After that deception was finally exposed, EJ and Nicole settled into being snarking enemies…who periodically slept together.

Usually at ever inconvenient times for Nicole (Arianne Zucker). When Nicole most recently woke up hung-over in EJ’s (Dan Feuerriegel) house — though not in his bed, she was just in his guest room — she asked if they had sex. Nope, EJ said. He didn’t even look too upset about it. Was it because EJ knew they had plenty of time for that…later?

DOOL: Every Road Leads Back To You

No matter how hard they’ve tried, EJ and Nicole can’t quite stay out of each other’s lives. They pretend to hate each other, but they really have lots in common. They’re both terrible people — who convince themselves — if not others — that they only do terrible things for the best of reasons. Sure, they enable and excuse each other. But they also understand each other.

DAYS Spoilers: Other Options

Unlike say, Nicole and the man she’s been obsessed with, off and on, for years. Nicole primarily wants Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) when she’s with someone else. It helps if he’s with someone else at the time, too. Once she actually has him, Nicole always seems to find a way to blow up their relationship. Sure, she’s always got excuses for why she had no choice, but we’re starting to think she’s just not that into him.

Days of our Lives: One More For the Road

EJ, on the other hand…we’ve got to wonder why those two crazy kids keep finding their way back to each other. Sure, they’re usually drunk at the time and mourning something stupid they’ve both just done, which they are shocked to find out didn’t go well, but they’re each other’s go-to. And something tells us this might be true…forever.
