Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 5, 2020 reveal an episode full of drama and action. Gabi is missing, Gwen becomes a hunted woman, Claire gets one step closer to coming home, and Steve fights with his feelings. Make sure to tune in because you will not want to miss a moment!
Jake (Brandon Barash) becomes frantic in the aftermath of Gabi’s (Camila Banus) kidnapping. The baddies have her and they want their stuff in exchange for her life. The problem: he doesn’t have what they want and has no way of getting it. The solution: Jake will call upon Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) for help. They need to find Gwen and find her secret stash.
The hunt is on for Jake’s maniacal ex. It will not be easy. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) knows how to hide and get off the grid. She’s tucked herself away where she’s sure no one will ever find her.
They may not know where Gwen is, but Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) does. Jake’s ex is a new patient in the facility and the two are quite buddy-buddy. Claire’s big on helping the newbies and Gwen is no exception. Of course, Claire has no idea about Jake or who Gwen really is so it really does no one any good — at least not yet.
Speaking of Claire, it looks like she’s heading home before too long. Marlena (Deidre Hall) takes her plight to John (Drake Hogestyn) and they talk about their granddaughter’s future. Is she ready to return to Salem? And, if so, where will she live? Marlena has an idea but John may not like it very much.
Meanwhile, Steve (Stephen Nichols) turns to the bottle to drown his sorrows but hits it a little too hard. He super drunk, super sappy, and thinks it is the time to tell Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) the truth.
Let’s hope one of his friends stops him. Everyone wants them back together but showing up at Kayla’s door drunk as a skunk to profess his love is not a good look. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
