At first blush, all seems right with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). She no longer thinks that she’s 5 years old, she knows that pigtails are three decades ago, and she knows exactly who Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is. Progress all around!

But not so fast…Dr. Horton — yes, she remembers that she’s a board-certified physician, and she’d thank you not to talk down to her — but she still thinks that baby Mickey is alive and well, and she’d very much like to see her. In the immortal words of Scooby Dooby-Do, “Ruh Roh!”

It would be going to the DiMera crypt and *gag* saying something nice about Renée DuMonde.
