No way, 46% of the audience objects — strenuously. Nicole (Arianne Zucker) belongs with Eric. After all, she cheated on Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to be with him — what could scream True Love more than that? Nicole only ended up with Rafe (Galen Gering) because Eric was off with God.

But now that God doesn’t want him, we know someone who should! This is the couple you’ve been rooting for, and this is the couple you demand get their happily ever after. Also, the idea of Nicole roughing it in Africa is infinitely amusing.

Days of our Lives: Meant To Be

Nicole and Rafe are a perfect couple, a slightly smaller 29% of fans contradict — strenuously. They accept each other for who they are, and they are there to pick up the pieces whenever life jerks them around. And Rafe even cheated on Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) to be with Nicole. If that doesn’t scream True Love, what does?

DAYS: Hot Mess

We’d really rather that Nicole not be with anyone right now, a last place 25% sigh. Or, you know, maybe…ever? The fact is, Nicole can never be happy, not with anyone. Not as long as she hates herself as much as she does.

Nicole is constantly announcing that she’s met the love of her life, only to self-sabotage the minute they get too happy. She did it with Brady, she did it with Eric, and she’ll do it with Rafe, too. He should get out while they getting is good. Maybe Ava is ready to forgive and forget?
