Josh Burrow (Clark) is coming to “Days of Our Lives” as “a slick guy” from Summer’s (Marie Wilson) past.
Wilson’s exit from the DOOL family already being announced, we assume Burrow is being sent into smoke her out. From what we know, Clark is blackmailing Summer. But we don’t know that much yet, so let’s speculate! Here are three storylines that could arise, let us know which you prefer or if you have an even better one!
Storyline 1: Burrow comes to town. The sight of him frightens Summer, but she can’t leave because she just figured out that she’s in Salem to watch Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) dance in her red shoes again. Summer endures Burrow’s harassment, stays to see Maggie walk again, and then bolts before she can be found out.
Storyline 2: Burrow comes to town seeking Summer out for a task he needs done. One she can’t worm out of because he’s got something so big over her, it could send her to prison. The task involves seducing Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) and taking control of Victor’s (John Aniston) assets.

Only, she doesn’t realize Burrow is actually working for Victor. Summer completes her task guilt-ridden until she finally comes clean to Maggie. Maggie discovers what Victor did and is heartbroken he would use her daughter like that.

Storyline 3: Burrow comes to town with a load of Summer’s past secrets. He agrees to keep quiet if she marries him. Summer is the daughter of a wealthy woman, after all. Summer consents so that Maggie doesn’t find out what she did. Summer begins to “seduce” Maggie into trusting her financially.
Brady (Eric Martsolf) learns the truth and confronts her. Theresa (Jen Lilley) overhears and tells Maggie before Summer has a chance to come clean. Discovering what Theresa did, Brady has second thoughts about marrying her. Summer decides to leave Salem, go somewhere Burrow can’t find her or hurt her family.
