The character of Billie Reed was once one of the most unlikable ladies to hit Salem. That soon changed when she met and fell in love with Bo Brady and became one-half of a supercouple that Days of Our Lives fans couldn’t get enough of.
Billie Reed’s (Lisa Rinna) first appeared in town as a drug-addicted singer. She believed her father was dead and her only known relative was her brother, Austin Reed.
Good-girl Carrie Brady (Christie Clark) befriended Billie, her boyfriend Austin’s sister, and gave her a place to stay. In time, Billie turned her life around and began her own flourishing business, a cosmetics company named Countess Wilhelmina.
Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), who disliked Billie, bought out Countess Wilhelmina to spite her, but was later blindsided by Tony DiMera, who purchased 49% of the company, Titan Industries. He soon brought Billie in to run the Countess Wilhelmina division.
Billie’s presumed-dead father, Curtis Reed, returned to Salem. Billie was later arrested for his murder. Bo and Billie fell in love during her trial and he was determined to prove her innocence.
It was later revealed that Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) killed Curtis in self-defense and framed Billie for the crime. Billie and Austin were also reunited with their mother, Kate, who had believed her children had died in a car crash.
Bo and Billie became engaged and tried to marry, but were victims of the Desecrator, who dropped a chandelier on them during their wedding ceremony.

Soon, a woman named Gina appeared who looked exactly like Bo’s dead wife, Hope. When she signed a paper declaring that Hope was dead, Bo and Billie were free to legally marry. Later, Gina opened a puzzle box that only Hope knew how to gain access to and we learned Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Gina were the same person.
Sadly, Billie left town so Bo and Hope could be reunited.
When she finally did return to town, she was once again drawn to Bo, despite her relationship with Franco. To bring down bad guy King, Bo and Billie pretended to be a couple, much to the dismay of Hope and Franco.
Billie later became pregnant with Bo’s daughter, Georgia, but delivered the baby stillborn…or so they thought.
Years later, Billie made the shocking discovery that Georgia was still alive. In fact, she was Chelsea Benson, one of Abby Deveraux’s friends. When Chelsea’s adoptive parents were killed in a car accident, Billie revealed the truth and Chelsea moved in with her.
Chelsea became close to Bo and Hope for a time, but later left town after she drove the car that killed her half-brother, Zack. Billie also departed Salem and Days of Our Lives.
