Days of our Lives Recap: Furious ‘Kate’ Finds Chloe At Brady’s Beside

The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, May 10, 2021, features Kristen realizing that her actions have serious consequences, Jake deciding which woman he’d prefer to spend his life with, and Paulina acting all kinds of shady.

In an ironic twist of fate, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has severely injured the man she’s promised to love and protect…but luckily for her, she can pin all the blame on that horrible Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). How dare that woman not submit to her kidnapping!

Equally lucky for Kristen is the fact that she’s still in possession of her Kate mask, so at least she can get into the hospital undetected. Or at least that’s the plan. If only she hadn’t acted so suspicious around Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo).

The two of them are on pretty high alert ever since Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) rumbled their schemes, so they can definitely smell a rat where “Kate” is concerned. And speaking of Chloe, now’s probably not the time to insinuate yourself into Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) business.

Name That ‘Tude

Claire (Isabel Durant) loves Allie (Lindsay Arnold) SO much that she was prepared to jump on the grenade that was Chanel (Precious Way) – but Allie insisted that such action wasn’t necessary.

Perish the thought that “Dupree” was trying to scam her! There old club buddies. And no, of course her bestie wasn’t attempting to attack her! They just shared a little ole harmless smooch. It’s really no biggie. And exactly why do Claire and tagalong Tripp (Lucas Adams) care so much anyway?

Oh! It’s because Tripp “like likes” me…despite the rape accusations and the near ruination of his entire life. Guess I had better kiss him too before this gets any more awkward.

You Turn

A few hours earlier, Jake (Brandon Barash) was convinced that Kate was the woman for him. But, now that “she’s” dumped him good and proper, he’s starting to think that Gabi (Camila Banus) doesn’t look so bad. If only Gabi appreciated the backhanded compliment.

Playing Catchup

Despite himself, Abe (James Reynolds) is really missing Paulina (Jackée Harry). Lani (Sal Stowers) cautioned her father that he might not be able to take her aunt’s promise to return at face value, but Abe was sure he’d be seeing Paulina again.

So, in the meantime, he settled for a long-distance phone call. Paulina swore she’d be back in Salem in no time flat and Abe was tickled pink…but that may change once he finds out what Miss Price has up her sleeve…Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
