Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for December 25-29 promise that Salem has a lot to be thankful for as it heads into the New Year – but new mysteries and surprising couples are on the horizon!
Surprising Feelings
Andre (Thaao Penghlis) continues to work on Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) behalf and makes a deal with Chad (Billy Flynn). Abigail (Marci Miller) seems to be catching on that Andre may actually have feelings for the woman he calls his wife and later on in the week, Kate makes a huge confession.
Could she have feelings for her husband?
Happy New Year
While planning a big New Year’s Eve party, Abigail discovers an odd discrepancy, but what that’s about is still unclear. No matter, she and Chad go full steam ahead with their New Year’s Eve party at Doug’s Place and a surprising couple crashes the evening.
By the time the clock strikes 12, there will be interesting pairings kissing at midnight.
Healing Hearts
JJ (Casey Moss) has been beating himself up since the night he shot Theo (Kyler Pettis). He blamed himself for what happened and was so devastated, he considered killing himself.
Now that Theo is awake, JJ visits Theo and it’s sure to be a dramatic reunion – but will Theo blame JJ or show him forgiveness?

Since they would both benefit from Theo and Claire breaking up, Ciara suggests to Tripp (Lucas Adams) that they join forces to pry the pair apart.
Will Tripp find her suggestion appealing or will he realize that getting Claire in an underhanded way is no basis for starting a new a relationship?
Odds and Ends
Also happening in Salem, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) asks Eric (Greg Vaughan) out for New Year’s Eve, Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Belle (Martha Madison) leave town again, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) gets good news – but we’re betting it’s not that Ciara gets drunk and makes a scene at the party, which she does.
