Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Tuesday, February 20 reveal things looking dire for Billie after her run-in with Paula. Will she survive? You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode!
Collateral Damage
Billie (Lisa Rinna) arrived in town to help out John (Drake Hogestyn) once she learned what was happening with her “good friend” and ISA head, Paula VanDamme. She helped John by getting him an antidote to save Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) life before the poison took its toll.
She also tried to help clean up the scene after John was forced to kill his ISA handler but before Billie could finish, Paula showed up.
The showdown left Paula loose and Billie on the ground. Luckily Paul (Christopher Sean) and Will (Chandler Massey) found her and she’s rushed to the hospital. Will she survive?
Insurance Policy
Paula refuses to go down and sticks to her plan to get rid of everyone who knows what she did in covering up Joey murdering Ava.
She shows up at Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) and now he and Ciara (Victoria Konefal) find themselves in grave danger.
Deadly Situation
Paula’s lost her mind and takes Ciara and Tripp hostage. She’s determined to make Steve pay for first asking her to help cover up Joey’s crime and then leaving her in a vulnerable situation when he let Joey confess.

In Recovery
While it would normally be hero Steve to the rescue, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) knows that he almost died and therefore needs time to recover.
The only way he will get that is if she tries to keep Steve in the dark. But Steve has proven to be awfully resourceful from his hospital bed.
Will he stay on the sidelines and recover while his son remains in grave danger?
