Seeking The Truth
Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) pulled off what they hoped to achieve at the DiMera New Year’s Eve party and when the clock struck midnight as Brady grabbed Eve into an unwanted kiss! Or was it unwanted? Because when he showed up at her bedroom, it didn’t take long for him to turn her no into yes.

Breaking News!
As if Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail’s (Marci Miller) New Year’s Eve party wasn’t exciting enough, Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) crashed it, announcing she brought Stefano – or rather Stefan Octavious DiMera (Tyler Christopher) – her son. Guests were stunned as she produced supposed DNA proof.

But Stefan had news of his own for Chad (Billy Miller), Abby (Marci Miller), Andre (Thaao Penghlis), and even Kate (Lauren Koslow). He announced that the board had no confidence in any of them and instead he has been installed as the new CEO of DiMera Enterprises.

Drunken Antics
Drunken Ciara (Victoria Konefal) wanted to spill Rafe’s (Galen Gering) secret to Hope (Kristian Alfonso) but as she was about to, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) interrupted to announce Viv was back. Angry Ciara threw Daniel in Eric’s face and immediately regretted it. She let them take her home.

Kiss and Tell
Will (Chandler Massey) kissed Paul (Christopher Sean), who felt awkward when Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John (Drake Hogestyn) arrived. John left with Paul, who realized he has to let Sonny (Freddie Smith) go. Meanwhile, Will told Marlena he’s not feeling it for Sonny. He later kissed Sonny on the cheek and went to sleep.
