The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, June 4 features pushy parents and devastated frenemies in the aftermath of Hope and Liam’s last evening together. Ridge saw the breakup as a blessing in disguise but Brooke pushed for what was truly right.
One Last Plea
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) made her feelings known about Hope’s (Annika Noelle) rash decision to end her marriage. She will regret it one day, as will Liam. They are soulmates and love like theirs will not come along again.
Hope stood her ground, though. Yes, they love each other but they’re lives aren’t just their own. There are three children involved and those kids need them more than they need each other. It was the way it had to be.
Ridge Had His Say
Over at the cliff house, Liam (Scott Clifton) showed up to see the girls but walked into a bit of an ambush instead. After helping Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) care for the kids, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) sat him down for a little talk.
He told Liam to give serious thought into being with Steffy. She loves him, the girls adore him, and he will regret not being a family man if he walks away again.
Later, Liam and Steffy had a talk of their own. Steffy is an amazing woman and that’s something he’s never forgotten. Is it enough for a reunion, though? Maybe not just yet.
Brooke and Ridge met up at the main office to go over their days. She worried Hope will never be happy again but Ridge looked forward to Steffy having another shot at love.
Flo Tried Again
Wyatt tried to make the most of another afternoon alone with Flo but she was not in the mood. In fact, her guilt was so overwhelming she just could not bring herself to enjoy herself at all. Instead, she headed over to the cabin to have a talk with her cousin.
Flo urged Hope to give life with Liam another chance. They belong together. They’ve lost so much already, why give up on their marriage too. Flo promised there is a child out there waiting for Hope to be their mother.
