By examining the crystal ball, laying out the cards, and reading the tea leaves, I plan to predict what’s coming up for Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). But I make no promises because let’s face it – it’s not an exact science (and I’m not really that…talented). Okay, Let’s take a peek into the future.
Near Future
The crystal ball shows that it is time for Thomas Forrester to take a step forward. His next move will set the tone for the future that he is building. Thomas has his own checkered past to deal with. How he moves forward sets the tone for how he is viewed in the future. Will he choose the right side? Or choose unwisely? Can he show he has become a better man than the old version of himself? Let’s see what the cards have to say.
Thomas Forrester pulled the Hierophant card, which signifies education and tradition. Perhaps Thomas has gained a moral compass through his experiences that will set the stage for how he will deal with his secret knowledge of Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) devious actions of sabotaging Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) sobriety. And then Thomas can take more constructive action to bring about a positive solution to the current situation.

His path to redemption requires Thomas to bear the responsibility of his past and rewrite his future, bravely and honorably. To do the right thing. He must look for a hidden strength that he hasn’t tapped into yet.
Thomas is destined for a moral makeover. His actions must be motivated for the good of others, with little reward for himself, in order to be of value. He must reach out to someone wiser than himself for spiritual and emotional guidance in order to make a decision. Who will it be? Just who is still foggy. Will he listen? The answer to the question above is a maybe — based on what Thomas does next.
B&B Spoilers: Further Into Thomas Forrester’s Future
In reading these tea leaves, I, Sybil the Psychic, spy a cloudy Palm Tree, which indicates difficulties will be resolved. A bit of a foggy decision suggests that Thomas will eventually come to the right action. The path to success will not be easy but with a little help from someone wiser and the strength of Thomas’s resolve, he will prove himself worthy of true redemption. And that is a huge accomplishment for the man with his troubled past. Sybil can’t wait to say, “Congratulations!”
