B&B spoilers recap for Thursday, May 19, 2022, features a few collective gasps as the truth about Sheila Carter came out and a sigh of relief for Brooke Logan Forrester.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wasted no time running to the cabin to update Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) on the new developments. Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) spiked her New Year’s Eve, shot Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and killed Finn (Tanner Novlan)! Oh my!
While all that was very terrible news, there was a ray of light in her world. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wasn’t coming home but he wasn’t going to live at the cliff house either. Instead, he was moving into the Forrester mansion. She had a shot! A very good shot! Yay!
B&B Recap: Ridge Is Packing Up
Meanwhile, Ridge went home to break the news to his other two favorite ladies. He told them how things went with Brooke and then dropped the moving bomb. Steffy didn’t exactly take the news well (but what else is new?). Taylor, on the other hand, was a tad more supportive. She understood Ridge needed space and time.

Taylor expressed her regrets about trusting Sheila and bringing her back into their world. She hurt so many people. Then, she expressed her love for Ridge. He’s her best friend and soulmate. She was teary-eyed as she professed her undying affection and willingness to let him go.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: A Sad State Of Affairs
Over at the Forrester mansion, Eric Forrester (John McCook) reminisced about his afternoon delights with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) before filling Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) in on all Sheila’s twisted crimes. Quinn was understandably shocked and horrified.
He then gave her the lowdown on their new roommate and what Ridge was going through. Eric was torn about his son’s future. He sure does like him with Taylor but he also loves him with Brooke. The Logan lady is Ridge’s destiny. They each wondered who Ridge would eventually choose.
