On The Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge Forrester will soon be able to put his mind back in the game at Forrester Creations once the Sheila Carter mess is made public knowledge, and his family can know where he’s been. But decisions were made at the company while he’s been away. Will he approve?
Bold and the Beautiful: Ridge Forrester Returns
Sure, Forrester Creations is a family-run business, but it’s still a business. Hope’s (Annika Noelle) line, Hope For The Future, was in trouble, and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes) felt the only one who could save it was Thomas (Matthew Atkinson).
But when Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was last working at the company, he and everyone else wanted Thomas to be removed. Now that he’s back, will he be okay with Steffy’s decision to bring back the person who destroyed his marriage to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang)?
B&B: Temporary Layoffs
Even if Ridge stepped in and fired Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), it would only be a temporary measure. Thomas has more lives than Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) when it comes to family dynamics. He always finds a way to get back into the clan. Thomas would find a way to get near Hope if Ridge fires him. That’s how 22% of you feel.

Ridge Forrester: Boss
Ridge may (or may not) wear Boss (the designer), but he’s one of the top execs in charge at Forrester. Steffy handled Thomas coming back to Forrester, but Ridge did not sign off on it. He has every right to step in and tell his son he’s been canned from the company once more. About 24% of you think that Ridge will fire Thomas because he hasn’t forgiven him for ruining his marriage.
Bold and the Beautiful: Family Matters
The majority of you, 54%, say that Ridge’s family will step in and convince him that he needs to forgive the past and let Thomas stay on at the company. Everyone else, even Hope and Brooke, have moved on and are willing to give Thomas another chance. Surely his own father is capable of doing that as well.
