Although born in Newport, Rhode Island, Nadia Alexandra Bjorlin and her family moved to her composer and conductor father Ulf Bjorlin’s native Sweden, when she was two months old. Ultimately, the family returned to The States, settling in Florida, where Bjorlin began performing professionally at the age of six and earning recognition in music, theater, voice, and dance.

Bjorlin’s high school years were divided between Palm Beach County School of the Arts and the Professional Children’s School in New York. During her tenure in Florida, she performed with the Palm Beach Opera. In 1999, Bjorlin won first place in the Metro Lyric Opera Competition in New York.

Upon graduation, Bjorlin shifted her focus from singing to acting. Soon, she was auditioning for the role of opera singer Chloe Lane on Days of our Lives. Once cast, she quickly emerged as a fan favorite.

Bjorlin has also appeared in film, including If I Had Known I Was a Genius, starring Sharon Stone, Whoopi Goldberg, and Tara Reid, and landed guest spots on primetime series NCIS, Two and a Half Men, and Two Broke Girls.

The actress and her family reside in Los Angeles.

Nadia Bjorlin was making the rounds of the Opera circuit when Days of Our Lives put the call out for an actress who could sing opera to play series regular, Chloe Lane. Bjorlin debuted as Chloe on November 24, 1999.

Nadia has since added many more credits to her acting resume such as The Marriage Undone, Jake in Progress, NCIS, Two and a Half Men, CSI, Anger Management, 2 Broke Girls and Venice The Series. And she still finds time to sing with her siblings every chance they can get.
