On The Young and the Restless, Phyllis suspects her ex, Jack, could be plotting against her good friend Lauren.
It leaves Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) in a major quandary. Does she remain loyal to Jack, the man she still loves, and keep mum? Or does Phyllis’s friendship with Lauren trump that and implore her to give her pal a heads-up that Jack might be aiming to take over Fenmore’s? While Phyllis grapples with what to do, Soap Hub polled fans on the complicated situation, asking if you think she’ll warn Lauren about Jack’s takeover plan. Over 7,000 of you cast your vote.
She’ll Warn Lauren
More than half of you, 55% to be exact, fully expect Phyllis to warn Lauren (Tracey Bregman), ASAP. Knowing that Jack is even thinking about a takeover is enough to convince Phyllis to ‘fess up. She’s seen the changes in Jack over the past few months, and they haven’t been pretty. Sadly, Phyllis expects the worst from him these days, so she can’t stand back and let Lauren get caught in the crossfire.

She’ll Use It Against Jack
Some 32% of you think Phyllis will use the information she’s learned against Jack. Perhaps, she’ll force him to back off immediately or threaten to go to Lauren, effectively destroying their friendship. Or maybe she’ll force Jack to extend an olive branch to Billy (Jason Thompson) in exchange for her silence. Deep down, Phyllis knows the Abbott family needs to heal, and now that she finally has the means to get that started, she’ll take it.
She’ll Wait and See
The remaining 13% of you believe Phyllis will stay quiet for now. After all, Jack (Peter Bergman) is simply contemplating a move at the moment. But when and if he decides to actually make it — then, all bets are off. At that point, you predict Phyllis will run straight to Lauren and tell her everything she knows. She loves Lauren too much to stand by and watch her business -– the company she’s devoted her entire life — be ruined.
