It’s out with the old and in with the new according to “Young and the Restless spoilers.” Phyllis’s latest rejection is one too many and now Billy’s on the prowl for a fresh face to replace her.
Billy (Jason Thompson) planned the most romantic day with a candlelight lunch and words every woman wants to hear. He was ready to profess his love, but Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) didn’t show up. She was too busy reconnecting with her husband.
Being a man in love is difficult, but being a man rejected is even harder. Billy drinks away his sorrows, and just when he thinks his luck has run out a gorgeous waitress serves him more than just a drink to lift his spirits.
Bethany (Chrishell Stause) already knows who he is and how much fun he can be. He used to be her boss when she was a barmaid at On the Boulevard. When she admits she developed a crush in the few weeks they knew each other, Billy is all but putty in her hands.

Hopefully, things can return to normal for Jack (Peter Bergman) and his wife. With Billy otherwise occupied, Phyllis can concentrate on fixing the marriage she fought so hard for.
