There’s been another development in the split between one of Hollywood’s favorite — and best-looking — duos. First, news broke that This is Us star Justin Hartley filed for divorce from wife Chrishell Stause. Now, there’s a new development with the couple.

TMZ reports that Chrishell (Selling Sunset; ex-Jordan, Days of our Lives) has now filed her response to Justin’s divorce petition. Per documents acquired by the website, The actress is listing their separation date as November 22 of this year.
That’s the day Justin filed for divorce. However, his papers indicated that they split back on July 8, also of this year. Surprisingly, the pair was seen together out and about as if nothing was amiss over the last few months, including at the Primetime Emmys in September.
The documents reveal that she is requesting both spousal support and attorney’s fees to be paid for by Hartley (ex-Adam, The Young and the Restless; ex-Fox, Passions). Reportedly, he doesn’t want to cover those expenses. Chrishell has also asked in papers to return to using her maiden name — Stause.
