Everything seemed to be going great on The Young and the Restless for Sharon and Rey. Due to a night Arturo (Jason Canela) suddenly remembered, he — rather than Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) — turned out to be the father of Mia’s (Noemi Gonzalez) baby. They promptly moved out of town.
This left Rey free to move in with Sharon (Sharon Case) — especially after Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) signed off on Mom’s new man.
But then Adam (Mark Grossman) returned, and he and Sharon still shared their “connection.” Rey thought Adam was asking too much of Sharon and that he’d “gotten into her head.” So Rey walked out. And Sharon slept with Adam.
Rey saw her in Adam’s house and glowered. But there were on a break. And is it time for that break to be over? What almost 15,000 are thinking:
Bad Plan
A small majority, 55% of the audience, doesn’t think a reunion would be a good idea. This couple always came together too quickly. We were supposed to believe in this great love even as Sharon still had complex feelings for Nick (Joshua Morrow), and Rey was actually married.

Sure, they’re pretty together, sure, they’re hot together. But, love? You’re not seeing it? They both appear to be settling, and that’s just no fun to watch. Not compared to whatever sick thing it is Sharon has with Adam.
Happy Endings
Then again, 45% of you are buying what Sharon and Rey are selling. He’s a nice guy. She hasn’t had a lot of those in her life, especially ones who haven’t betrayed her — yeah, we’re looking at you, Nick.
If Sharon isn’t with Rey, she might end up back in Adam’s web. And you know he doesn’t want her as much as he wants Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor. She’s safer with Rey. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
