Don Diamont has joined the many soap stars who’ve taken pen to paper and written his memoir. The Bold and the Beautiful star has authored My SEVEN SONS and How We Raised Each Other.

Diamont’s tome is available now on Amazon and he’ll be making the book tour rounds soon, so you might be able to meet him in person and get your copy signed!

The actor first came to the attention of soap fans for his role as Carlos Forenza on Days of Our Lives in 1984.

The character came to a swift and sudden end but Diamont wasn’t out of work for long as he was scooped up by The Young and the Restless to play hunky gardener Brad Carlton, who romanced, among others, Traci and Lauren.

Years after his debut, viewers learned that Brad was, in reality, George Kaplan, a man who changed his identity after his family had been killed by Nazis.

Brad died a hero saving Noah Newman (then Kevin Schmidt) from drowning.

After Brad Carlton went to that great soap in the sky, B&B head writer/executive producer Bradley Bell soon hired the actor to play Bill Spencer, Jr. giving his show a boost of villainous testosterone in the process!

Bill’s machinations with his sons Liam and Wyatt have been legendary as Bill’s manipulated his boys’ love lives and career paths, making few apologies along the way.

Now, fans of Diamont’s will be in a position to read all about how he is as a father in real life to his boys: Alexander Diamont, Anton Diamont, Sasha Diamont, Davis Diamont, Luca Diamont, Lauren Diamont, and (his later sister Bette’s son) Drew Mazur.

Diamont’s not the only star from Y&R who’s written his memoir. His former co-stars Eric Braeden (Victor), Jeanne Cooper (ex-Katherine), and Thom Bierdz (ex-Phillip) have all written auto-biographies.
