It’s hard to believe there was a time that Monica wanted nothing to do with Jason on General Hospital (GH), but since he was the result of her husband cheating, she wasn’t always so welcoming.
Sure, there would come a day when her own son, A.J. thought Monica (Leslie Charleson) preferred his father’s bastard to him, but in the beginning, she fought tooth and nail to keep Jason away.
While Alan (Stuart Damon) felt he ruled the roost, he actually begged his father Edward (David Lewis) to stand by him when he broke the news of his intensions to Monica. Of course, Edward was no fool and he had no desire to go against Monica either.
