Longtime soap veteran Robin Mattson makes her “General Hospital” return next week for scenes with on-screen son, Franco.
Mattson made the role of Heather Webber famous in the early 1980s, but then went on to star on soaps like “Ryan’s Hope,” “Santa Barbara,” and “All My Children.” She returned to GH playing Heather in 2004 and again in 2012-2014, making a brief appearance in 2015.

Many are speculating that Heather is Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) stalker and that throwing Franco into the mix is a red herring.
If you recall, it was Heather who kidnapped Danny as a baby and nearly jumped off the hospital roof with him in her arms, but Jason (then-Steve Burton) caught him. Heather did take the leap, but somehow survived. So, Heather stalking Jason and Sam is not a very far-fetched idea.
