Another couple that Dancing With the Stars brought together has tied the knot! Val Chmerkovskiy married Jenna Johnson on Saturday, April 13 in front of their close friends and family, which included a number of DWTS pros and former stars.
Johnson wore a stunning long-sleeved Vera Wang gown, while Chmerkovskiy looked very handsome in his Brooks Brothers tux. They wed at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, which overlooked the gorgeous ocean.
According to E! News, “Val and Jenna saw each other before the ceremony and took photos. They were surrounded by family members and posed for several pictures with Maks and Peta [whom DWTS also brought together], as well as their parents. They read their own vows and it was a beautiful setting with a light breeze and lots of sunshine.”
Both the bride and groom shared a photo of themselves on Instagram with the same caption, “Mr. & Mrs. Chmerkovskiy 04~13~2019.” Former DWTS pro, Derek Hough commented, “Massive congrats !!!!” while current pro dancer, Sharna Burgess wrote, “Huge congratulations gorgeous woman. You are such a beautiful bride.”

A number of Johnson and Chmerkovskiy’s former DWTS partners were in attendance, including gymnast Laurie Hernandez, Good Morning America anchor Ginger Zee, singer Normani, Bachelor star Joe Amabile, and many others. In fact, former Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon — who won Season 25 with Johnson — was a “bridesman.”
Other guests included DWTS pros Artem Chigvintsev, Hayley Erbert, Witney Carson, Cheryl Burke, Mark Ballas, Emma Slater, and Sasha Farber, as well as former contestants including Alfonso Ribeiro and Candace Cameron Bure.
DWTS pro, Lindsay Arnold, who was also a bridesmaid, shared a photo from the wedding on her own Instagram account and wrote, “Celebrating Mr. and Mrs. Chmerkovskiy. We love you both so much! Thank you for having us a part of your special day.”
