If you watch television, there’s a good chance you know who Millie Bobby Brown is. Though she’s only 15 years old and can’t even legally drive a car, she’s already one of the biggest actors on the planet thanks to her role as Eleven in Netflix’s Stranger Things.

The role has not only made her a huge star, it’s also earned her a number of awards and nominations. Here are five fast facts you need to know about the Stranger Things actress.

Surprising Birth Location
Brown is clearly English, at least judging by her accent, and was raised for the most part in England, but she was actually born in Spain! She spent the first four years of her life living in Marbella, Spain.

Hearing Problems
The 15-year-old was unfortunately born with partial hearing in one of her ears. She has unfortunately lost all hearing in that ear as she’s gotten older.

Before Stranger Things
Though Brown’s breakthrough role is as Eleven in Stranger Things, there’s a good chance you saw her on television before she hit the big time. She was a guest star on Grey’s Anatomy, NCIS, and Modern Family before landing on the cult hit.

One of the Youngest Nominees
In 2017, Brown was nominated for her first Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She was just 13 years old, making her one of the youngest actors to ever be nominated. (Fred Savage was also 13 when nominated for Wonder Years while Keshia Knight Pulliam was only 6 when nominated for The Cosby Show.)

First Movie
Though she’s one of the biggest stars in the world thanks to Stranger Things, Brown’s first movie is only just coming out this summer! In fact, she is playing Madison Russell in the new movie, Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is set to come out later this month
