Designated Survivor is back, people! After the show was canceled by ABC after Season 2, Netflix did the smart thing and quickly picked it up for a third season. In a new trailer that dropped on Friday, May 3, the gang is back for another drama-filled season.
Of course, Kiefer Sutherland is back as Tom Kirkman, the reluctant president who now has to choose if he wants to run again, but the show has also added a couple of new faces.

Longtime ER star Anthony Edwards has joined the cast as the new Chief of Staff, along with NCIS and Dumb and Dumber actress Lauren Holly (ex-Julie, All My Children), who plays his troubled wife.
