Fans of This Is Us know star Chrissy Metz has an amazing voice, but the country music world finally got to hear her fantastic pipes at the 2019 ACM Awards on Sunday, April 7 in Las Vegas. The actress took the stage alongside country singers Carrie Underwood, Lauren Alaina, Mickey Guyton, Madison Warlow, and Taylor Dye.

Metz sang her song “I’m Standing With You,” which is a single off of her upcoming faith-based film, Breakthrough, which utilizes music from Underwood. All of the women wore beautiful blue gowns and sounded amazing onstage together.

But, the performance became even better when Carrie Underwood stepped on stage for the conclusion. Metz spoke with Entertainment Tonight prior to her performance and revealed she wasn’t nervous about being onstage.

“It’s super exciting to be with these incredible artists who I am a true fan of. It’s not about being nervous, it’s just about being centered and being present and grounding yourself,” she shared.

Metz shared a photo from her performance to her Instagram and thanked all the women who sang the song with her.

“Singing this song with such wonderful women, artists and this amazing choir was truly a gift wrapped in the most special of bows! Thank you,@carrieunderwood , @maddieandtae , @laurenalaina and @mickeyguyton for making this a night for the books!” she wrote.

“@warren_diane, thank you for this anthemic piece of art covered in love and empathy inspired by the true story of @breakthroughmovie! To my team who never cease to amaze me, I love you very much! The entire night at @acmawards was inspiring, exciting, emotional and so dang fun!”
