It’s finally happened — The Bachelorette star Wells Adams and Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland are engaged after nearly two years of dating.
The happy couple, who have been living together in Los Angeles for about a year, shared the news of their engagement on their respective Instagram accounts this afternoon.
“That can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff @wellsadams,” Hyland captioned a series of photos of the pair during and following the engagement.
The Bachelor in Paradise bartender commented on his fiancée’s post, writing, “It takes two! Well 5 including the doggos! Love you more bab….fiancé!”

Adams also shared a video from the engagement to his page and wrote, “I’ll be Johnny, you be June. But forever,” causing Hyland to comment on the video saying, “When we get married will I automatically acquire your talent for making everyone cry with a homemade video? I love you to Pluto and back FIANCÉ!!!!”
The engagement also happened while the couple was vacationing in Fiji, as they had been sharing a number of photos from their trip to social media.
Adams and Hyland started dating back in 2017 after the 35-year-old slid into the TV star’s DMs on Twitter. Hyland, who has been a fan of The Bachelor franchise of years, and Adams then started dating shortly after connecting and have been together ever since.
