It looks like Chad and Abby are going to get their happy ending after all on Days of Our Lives — and then into the sunset they go. It won’t be long now till Salem sees the last of this 21st century supercouple.
The soap world has known for quite some time that Kate Mansi’s return to the soap was only short-term to finish out Abigail’s story. Marci Miller chose not to renew her contract and there was still more to the tale of Jack and Jennifer Deveraux’s daughter.
So, Mansi stepped in to bring us back Feisty Abby as she takes control of her own life and her children’s lives. Meanwhile, Chad knows he did his (ex)wife wrong and has been trying his darndest to win her back.
Is that exactly what he does on February 21 when Billy Flynn and Mansi last appear on the soap?
According to Flynn, it’s not something we want to miss and he tweeted just so. With February being a month of love in the afternoon across the daytime dial (and also in real-life), might there be yet another Chabby wedding on the horizon.

They already wed once in the DiMera mansion with a still-crazy Ben lurking about. And, they did it again in a church with Miller as Abby, but a not-as-crazy Ben showed up to inform Salem Will was still alive.
