There are few actors more plucky than former Days of Our Lives star Jen Lilley — and she proved that when she made it to the Hallmark party last week while being nine months pregnant. It all worked out though and now the actress has announced that her little daughter has finally arrived.
Lilley took to Instagram to share the amazing news that Julie Evangeline has entered the world. She was born on July 30, weighing 6lbs, 8oz and is 19 inches and looks ready to conquer whatever comes her way. The adorable tyke is pictured with her mouth open — perhaps ready to sing her lungs out just like her singer/actress mommy.
The actress shared details with People.com, calling the baby “a super-happy and relaxed baby” and saying that “aside from some swelling, I feel like myself” after spending 22 hours in labor.
Little Julie joins a ready-made family with Lilley, her husband Jason Wayne, and their two sons, who are both under the age of three whom they were fostering. Kayden, their first who is two-and-a-half was officially adopted on June 10.
