Has there ever been a Salem character who falls in and out of love so easily on Days of Our Lives? Brady Black is the king, although his ‘love’ never really seems like love.
Let’s see. Hmmm…in the last five or so years, Brady has been ‘in love’ with Kristen (Eileen Davidson), Melanie (Molly Burnett), Theresa (Jen Lilley), Nicole (Arianne Zucker), Eve (Kassie DePaiva), and now Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin). (Again, that’s just the last five years.)
Some of these women have been recycled, like Nicole and Chloe, but Brady (Eric Martsolf) wants them and doesn’t even waste weeks before setting his sights on someone else and obsessing.
Heck, Brady even managed to make himself (sure, he made himself) sleep with Kristen last year while still proclaiming his undying love for Eve. He did it all for the family, right?
Now he has his sights set on Chloe and she’s just not going for it. Sure, her taste in men might be a little off right now, but she knows a redux with Brady would be like flying a trapeze without a net — just don’t do it.

And alas, she even told him. Yes, on Friday, someone finally explained to Brady he has one heck of a problem when it comes to women. But, Brady’s in love. What’s wrong with love, he needs to know.
Well, maybe obsessive love can be an issue. Love isn’t blackmailing women and having them followed. Love is honest and caring. Brady is more in love with the idea of love and doesn’t even seem to feel it.
Congratulations to Chloe for calling Brady out on his nonsense because someone had to do it, so yes, why not pick someone he’s known since high school whom he was actually married to.
This one scene worked so well because it was between two characters with history, and, it was the truth.
