While Chad may have seemingly gone to the dark side on Days of Our Lives, Billy Flynn, is such a good guy, he was honored for it over the weekend!
A Flynn fan account on Twitter shared the great news — which included a video of the actor, with his wife Gina by his side, accepting the L.A. Hero award from ECHOES of HOPE.
“Congratulations to @billymflynn who [received] the ‘LA Hero’ Award last night! We are so very proud of you!!!! #Repost My @OurEchoesofHope family will forever be apart of my life and my heart. There are no words to express how grateful and honored I am. #lovehard #allinforhope,” they said on Twitter.
The organization “strives to awaken the spirit of hope in the lives of children, youth, and young adults in need” — according to their online profile. Flynn was honored for coming to speak with the kids.
