It looks like reports of Stefan’s death on Days of our Lives may have been greatly exaggerated. Either that or Brandon Barash may be returning to the soap in a brand-new role.
Dr. Rolf Magic On Days of our Lives
According to Soaps.com, Galen Gering posted some behind-the-scenes shots to Instagram yesterday that featured Brandon Barash with several other DAYS stars, but the pictures have since been deleted. That may be due to the soap wanting to keep the news under wraps.
Just because Barash was at the studio, it doesn’t mean he’s returning to the soap or that Stefan is alive. Perhaps Barash was just visiting his old friends. Or, if he was there for work, perhaps he is playing someone else this time around since Julie allegedly has his heart and it’s hard to be alive without a heart.

Of course, this is Salem and Salem has Dr. Rolf, who can do just about anything. Perhaps, Julie never got Stefan’s heart after all, or perhaps Rolf stole the body and managed to give him a different heart — even an artificial one. On Days of our Lives, just about anything is possible.
With DAYS reportedly about to jump ahead in time one year tomorrow (yes, it looks like it will be 2020 in Salem on Monday), we may see Brandon Barash back sooner rather than later.
